About the Project

This outstanding house is located in Matola.

Obra Prima was directly responsible for all bush clearing, surveying of levels, Civils works, plumbing, sewerage / waste water tanks, all sanitary ware installations, swimming pool and motorized sliding gates.

The duration of this project was approximately 18 months, from start of site preparation up to hand over to the client. We are proud to say that there was no incident or injury reported during this period.

About the Team

Our client contracted Obra Prima as the main Company responsible for this construction. The client also sub contracted other companies to work in conjunction with us.

During this project, an average of 28 employees were used on a daily basis, this being skilled and unskilled labor.
