About the Project

This wonderful house is located in the ever expanding area of Triunfo.

The property needed an elevation in excess of 1.5m in order to get it on the same level as the street. Obra Prima was directly responsible for bush clearing, site preparation, surveying of levels, all civil works, plumbing, painting, car port, septic / soak away tanks, water tanks, carpentry, aluminium and paving. This was a turn-key Project.

It took us 18 months to have this Project ready, from start of site preparation up to hand over to the client.

About the Team

Our client has contracted Obra Prima as the main Company responsible for this construction.

During this project, an average of 30 employees were used on a daily basis, this being skilled and unskilled labor.
