About the Project

This modern Standard Bank branch is located in downtown "Baixa", this is the business capital of Maputo.

We received the site as a newly constructed unfinished shell with no plaster work, incomplete construction of walls, no plumbing or electrical installation. We were contrated to do all the civils, including ceilings, bulkheads, skimming, painting, plumbing, carpentry, carpets, vinyl, aluminium, tempered glass, counters, marble, sanitary ware installation, ATM installation, Safe door installation, signage and security door installations.

This Project, that was started, finished and handed over to the client by one of our young internally trained site managers was ready in 66 calendar days. We are proud to say that there was no incident or injury reported during this period.

About the Team

Our client, Standard Bank, contracted Obra Prima to be resposible for the entire construction, from Civils up to the finishing. They were 3 companies contrated by Standard Bank working in conjunction with us in the following disciplines: Avac, Electrical and Security.

A total of 34 people were involved in this Project.
